Your account doesn't have a role assigned yet. An administrator needs to grant you access before you can use the platform.
What to do next
- Contact your program administrator with your account email.
- Ask them to assign you the appropriate role (learner, instructor, or admin).
- Once assigned, sign out and sign back in to refresh your access.
